Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 2026-05-17 · DSO Hire LLC

1. Purpose

DSO Hire LLC operates a B2B dental hiring platform for the dental industry. To keep the Services trustworthy and lawful, we require all users (whether employers posting jobs, job seekers applying, or visitors browsing) to follow this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not, and will not allow anyone acting on your behalf to:

2.1 Discriminatory or unlawful job postings

  • Post job listings that discriminate or express a preference based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age (40+), disability, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law
  • Use language that signals such preferences indirectly (e.g., "recent graduates only," "young energetic team," "native English speaker")
  • Post listings that violate equal employment opportunity laws or wage-and-hour laws

2.2 Salary disclosure compliance

Some US states and cities require employers to disclose pay range information in job postings. Examples (non-exhaustive, subject to change): California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New York State, New York City, Rhode Island, Washington State, and the District of Columbia. If you post a job that is open to candidates in any of these jurisdictions, you must include a good-faith pay range that complies with the law of that jurisdiction. DSO Hire LLC is not responsible for verifying compliance, but reserves the right to remove postings that are clearly non-compliant.

2.3 Fraudulent or misleading content

  • Post fake job listings or jobs that do not exist
  • Misrepresent the identity of the employer or the job seeker
  • Recruit for multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, work-from-home scams, or commission-only schemes that do not comply with applicable wage laws
  • Solicit personal financial information, payment for application processing, or unlawful fees from job seekers
  • Post the same job repeatedly across multiple listings to inflate visibility

2.4 Inappropriate content

  • Post or transmit content that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, or invasive of privacy
  • Post sexual, violent, or graphic content
  • Post content that promotes hate, harassment, or discrimination
  • Post content that violates intellectual property, publicity, or other rights of third parties

2.5 Technical abuse

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Services without our prior written consent
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to apply for jobs en masse
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass any access or rate-limiting controls

2.6 Other

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Collect personal information about other users without their consent

3. Reporting violations

If you believe a user, posting, or piece of content violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to info@dsohire.com with sufficient detail (URL, screenshot, description of the issue) for us to investigate.

4. Enforcement

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice: (a) remove or modify violating content; (b) issue warnings; (c) suspend or terminate accounts, immediately and without refund where the violation is serious; (d) refuse to provide the Services to any individual or entity; (e) report violations to law enforcement, affected candidates, employers, or other parties; and (f) preserve and disclose related records as needed to support enforcement, investigation, or legal process. DSO Hire LLC is not obligated to monitor user content but reserves the right to do so at any time. Our failure to act on any specific violation is not a waiver of our right to act on any other violation, whether earlier, later, or similar.

5. No waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of this Policy is not a waiver of our right to do so in the future.

6. Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on https://dsohire.com with a new effective date.
