Messaging candidates

Threaded messaging with inline cards for interviews and offers — plus private team notes, quick templates, and attachments. Replies notify the candidate by email.

  • One thread per candidate; interview and offer cards embed inline, and files attach in-thread.
  • Switch the composer to a private internal note (your team only), or type “/” to drop in a template that fills in the candidate's details.
  • Tabs and chips flag who's awaiting a reply and which threads carry notes.
  • The candidate gets an email when you message; they reply in-thread.
