Confidential searches
Run a sensitive search — like replacing an incumbent — that only specific teammates can see. Everyone else won't find the job anywhere in the app; candidates still see the public posting normally.
- Turn on Confidential in the job wizard's Team Visibility step and pick who's in the loop — you're always included automatically.
- Owners and admins always see confidential jobs; recruiters and hiring managers only if assigned.
- Confidential controls TEAM visibility. The public posting, applications, and candidate experience are unaffected.
- Enforced at the database level — the job and its applications simply don't exist for teammates outside the loop.
