Bulk add locations from a spreadsheet
Upload a CSV or Excel file with one row per practice. We'll validate each row, insert the valid ones, and geocode them in the background. Up to 1000 rows / 5 MB per upload.

Required vs optional columns
Required: name, city, state (2-letter code like KS or MO). Optional: address_line1, address_line2, postal_code, website. Header aliases work — 'zip' → postal_code, 'practice name' → name, 'street' → address_line1, etc.
Upload
Drag the file onto the dropzone (or click to pick), then click Import. Per-row validation surfaces inline — a deliberately broken row gives you a row number + the specific error so you can fix and re-upload just the failures.
After import
Locations show up immediately. Geocoding fans out in the background (concurrency cap of 6 to stay nice to Mapbox); map view updates within a minute. Each location respects the same Public Branding toggle as the single-add path.
