Referrals
Invite your team (or anyone) to refer candidates with a personal link. When someone applies through that link, the referral is tracked back to the referrer so you can see who's sending you talent.
Share a referral link
Generate a personal referral link and send it to a teammate or contact. Anyone who applies through it is tagged as their referral.
Track who referred whom
The Referrals page lists each referral and its status as it moves through your pipeline, so you can credit the people sending you good candidates.
- There's no bonus/payout engine — this tracks the referral relationship, not payments.
- Referred candidates apply and flow through your normal pipeline like any other applicant.
