Email templates

Customize the 3 automatic candidate emails (apply confirmation, message-received, stage-moved) on any paid tier. Growth+ also unlocks unlimited custom templates you can send on demand from a candidate's profile.

  • Predefined templates (3 of them) edit the subject + body of emails the platform sends on candidate events — available on every paid tier including Solo.
  • Custom templates (Growth+) are reusable templates you author yourself — interview prep, offer follow-ups, no-show outreach — and send on demand from any candidate's profile.
  • Both surfaces use mergefields like {{candidate.first_name}} and {{job.title}}. Preview pane shows the rendered email before you save or send.
