What the AI assistant can do
The “?” assistant answers from the help docs and your real account data, shows its sources, links you to the right page — and can draft a few actions for you to confirm. It never changes anything on its own.
Grounded in your data
Ask about your team, a candidate, an application, your plan, or your pipeline and it looks up the real answer — and when you open it from a record, it already knows which one you mean. Every answer shows its sources.
One-click navigation
Instead of telling you where to click, it gives you a button straight to the page — the board, a job, a candidate's messages, the right setting.
It drafts, you commit
It can prepare three things — move an application's stage, leave a private team note, or assign it to a teammate — but only as a draft. You click Commit, which runs the same permission checks as the app. It never acts on its own, and can't do anything outside that list.
