Per-teammate permissions
Every role comes with sensible defaults, and on Growth and up you can fine-tune what each individual teammate can do — from moving candidates to seeing pay to sending offers without approval.
Roles are presets
Owner, Admin, Recruiter, and Hiring Manager each start with a sensible default capability set. Solo plans run these presets as-is; Growth and above unlock a per-teammate editor on the Team page.
Fine-tune per person
Open Team, pick a teammate, and toggle individual capabilities — hide compensation from a recruiter, let a trusted hiring manager draft offers, or grant someone direct offer-sending. Changes apply immediately and are audit-logged.
Some things never move
Billing, team management, and EEO report access can never be granted to recruiters or hiring managers — those stay owner/admin no matter what. Every rule is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
