DSOFit score

A guidance score, not a gate. It weighs what a corporate/DSO role actually needs — function fit, seniority and leadership scope, multi-site experience, dental-industry domain, comp, and how the person wants to work — and drops any dimension left blank so sparse profiles aren't penalized.

  • Speaks DSO: function fit, seniority, multi-site scale, dental-domain background, leadership scope, work mode, and comp.
  • Missing data drops from the denominator — a thin profile isn't punished.
  • Buckets: Excellent / Strong / Solid / Light / Low. A gap on a role-critical dimension like seniority or leadership scope caps the score — but it's only a sort aid, never an auto-decision.
